good morning southern beauty!!!!!!!!!!! i'm doing a lot better with the maintenance phase...i let my obsession with being thin get in the way of my health...i was fainiting...my blood pressure was real low...i had no iron in my blood...i got carried away..jachnut has been helping me a lot ...i find myself on the scale a lot more....i'm holding steady at 158...i just have to constantly remind myself that the band isn't going to let me over eat and as long as i keep exercising...everything will be okay...the losing part was soooooooooo much easier for me...i am starting to feel more at ease....but not too relaxed...lol...u'll have those 4 pounds off and then some in no time!!!!!!!!

yes i've been at goal for 2 months now....i still work-out just as hard and just as much to maintain...i've been taking in more calories 2 try and maintain....the maintenance phase has been much harder 4 me then losing...

don't b too jealous...i let my obesession with being thin get in the way of my health...i was so sick and weak...i got too thin...i'm better...eating more...taking my vitamins...i got real carried away...im so technically behind...im lucky i can take a pic let alone change the date....lol...my husband said "cute dress but u look like a zebra"....lmao

for the first 9 months after surgery i strictly power walked and eventually started jogging...in my 10th month i joined the gym..most of my exercise has been cardio...i had a tummy tuck in august to remove the extra skin from my tummy...i use the rotating stairs at the gym and my legs r pretty muscular except for the top inner portion of my thighs...my arms didnt turn out too bad...so they r last on my list...my exercise routine is pretty hard-core...but keep in mind i wasn't able to do this type of exercise immediately...i built myself up...i wasnt able to jog until i hit 180 pounds...

i never mind...ask me anything...anytime!!!!!!!...i was hoping to find a trainer that had weight loss surgery...but there arent any at the gym i go too...my trainer does know i have my band...my port is really high up...so it doesnt get in the way of any exercises i do...i would image if it where lower it may get in the way...i train and exercise just like every1 else....happy thanksgiving!!!!!!!!!!!

i went out with my sister a week after my surgery...i wore loose and comfortable clothes...i tried on jeans about 10 days after my tuck...big mistake....oooouuuccchhhhh...i did not have a pain pump and the norco was waaaayyyyy 2 strong for me...im getting a thigh lift in janurary....joy!!!!!!!!

luckily im not on a diet...i have a lap band...the only thing i cant eat is doughy bread...i choose not to eat pasta rice or potatoes...i'm a big meat eater...i always have been...i eat the same way i did b4 i was banded...just a LOT less...i don't eat anything i dont like...nothing gross or weird...if i looked at being banded as a diet i would fail...just like i did on diets

thank u soooooooo much...u will get there...it is a feeling to good to even describe...i see that u r 19...i wish i would've had my surgery at ur age...life would've been a lot more enjoyable...u have my support...message me if u ever have any questions....

i started out at 296....right now my weight maintains betwwen 156-158...i reached my goal in 11 months...:-)

i have only been banded a little over a year.....i don't think i have enuff experience to be a mentor yet....but i will definelty support u and answer any questions u have...:-)

my husband looks at me the same today as he always has...his love and feelings have never changed and thats what makes me love him even more....he liked the way i looked when i got to 200 pounds...now he thinks i'm waaaaaayyyyyyy 2 thin...but he is just a man...what do they know....lol

ur like me...go big or go home...a lot of people don't like that attitude...but we had surgery...its time to do the damn thing...and ur doing it!!!!!! maintenance is going...4 some reason i've gone back to losing again...i've started taking 2 days off at the gym and i notice i lose weight when i do that...when i go 7 days a week i maintain...so i don't get it...lol...as each month passes i'm starting to relax a little more...i don't want to be in a size 4...i want to stay a 6...so i'm going to wait it out till i hit my 18th month and either put on more muscle or some more weight in a healthy way...

thank u for all ur picture comments...i do have a b4 album...i weighted 296 b4 i had surgery...i do exercise 6-7 days a week for a hour to an hour and a 1/2...i also had a tummy tuck august 17th of 2009...it took me 11 months to get to goal...right now my weight never goes over 160...i usually weight 158...somedays 156

my goal was 160.i've made it to 165.i changed my goal 2 155.i'm going 2 take it all the way!!!!!!!!! ...the pix is in that album...if u still can't find it...let me know and i will send it to ur e-mail address....:-)
