i have yet to take my butt to the gym!!!!!!!!!! i need to stop playing and tone myself up...i'm big on cardio exercise...which is taking the weight and inches off...but leaving me flabby...i power walk/jog anywhere from 9-16 miles 6-7 days a week!!!!!!!!! i know....cardio physco!!!!!!!! i alternate my days now with bike riding...when i do ride my bike i double the amount of miles i walk...its getting hot here in cali...soon i'll have no choice but to go to the gym...i love to walk/jog...my mom calls ms. forest gump....lol

i havent had any plastic surgery yet...i will be having a panniculectomy in july...not as good as a tummy tuck...but my insurance is going to cover it..

i havent had the chance to hit the gym...im waiting for my son to go on summer vacation..i am able to run 2 miles now...and i still speed walk 4...i always add a few more steps or find a new hill to walk up...after 4 weeks of the same routine...i also try to walk everywhere...to the store..to the bank..it kills 2 birds with 1 stone...i get to exercise and run an errand...my son is also a huge help...he loves to b outdoors..hike..ride bikes...he is my lil fitness instructor...lol

i honestly have no idea....i know in the begining i was staying between 600-800...i'm the bandster that doesn't count....lol...i eat a 1/2 cup of food 3x's a day...tuna...with real mayo...chicken...2day i brought fajitas...people get to wrapped up in counting and lose focus...i eat whatever i can fit in my lil 1/2 cup of food and a piece of fruit for dessert...no rice...bread or pasta...but i eat everything else...

i honestly never kept track of how much i lost per week...i honestly don't own a scale...if i would've focused on weekly weight loss that would've drove me crazy...i do know at my 6th week appt. i had lost 37 pounds...in the month of december i lost 22 pounds..i dont know when or how much the rest came off...my loss has slowed down a lot...the closer i get to goal the less i lose...which is perfectly normal...i estimate my weight right now to b around 163...which is a loss of 133 pounds...but i dont know 4 sure...i have a dr. appt on july 28th and thats when i have an exact #. i refused to let myself get all wrapped up in #s and just let this happen 4 me...i know ur going to do great...post some new pics a.s.a.p.!!!!! i'm waiting!!! lol

i may have to call it a day at 160...whatever i get to on 8/17 will be my goal...lol....i asked my plastic surgeon about losing another 10 pounds after my tummy tuck...he said it'll be fine...when u lose 10 pounds its not necessarily all coming from ur stomach...he said as long as i don't go over 25 more pounds i should b fine...hopefully the way i've been exercising i may get to 157/158 and they estimate i'll lose another 4 pounds once the skin has been removed

i need some toning advice!!!!!! all my exercise has been cardio...i am a cadio maniac...lol...when were u banded??? how much have u lost...if u dont mind me asking...but since u r on here....well....lol...only other members can talk to me about my weight...if ur a co-worker 4get about it!!!!!!!!! lol

i never mind...ask me anything...anytime!!!!!!!...i was hoping to find a trainer that had weight loss surgery...but there arent any at the gym i go too...my trainer does know i have my band...my port is really high up...so it doesnt get in the way of any exercises i do...i would image if it where lower it may get in the way...i train and exercise just like every1 else....happy thanksgiving!!!!!!!!!!!

i only exercise once a day...i'm not that bad...lol...my insurance has been real cool about covering my panni...

i only get fills when i dont feel the restriction i know i like to feel...i have gone up to 3 months without a fill...i get .4 in my band...lol...thats like nothing...i dont know if i'm lucky...or he is just a sweet spotting finding surgeon...but i've never had a problem with fills....i am going to pm u my name...tell him i sent u....

i pb when i'm really hungry and i try to shovel food in...i stay on track during the week...with eating every 4 to 5 hours...but on the weekend...im always on the go and have a bad habit of skipping meals...then i'm starving and trying to get the food down...which comes right back up....

i read ur reply to the thread "no fill ever"....i totally agree with u...i have no idea how many cc's r in my band...when people ask ...i say the "right amount"....lol...really what does it matter????? as long as u fell restiction i don't care how many cc's r in there...have a great weekend
