i havent had the chance to hit the gym...im waiting for my son to go on summer vacation..i am able to run 2 miles now...and i still speed walk 4...i always add a few more steps or find a new hill to walk up...after 4 weeks of the same routine...i also try to walk everywhere...to the store..to the bank..it kills 2 birds with 1 stone...i get to exercise and run an errand...my son is also a huge help...he loves to b outdoors..hike..ride bikes...he is my lil fitness instructor...lol

thank u!!!!!!!!!! i'm scheduled for a panniculectomy...in august...my insurance is covering it due to skin irritation...a panniculectomy is not the same as a tummy tuck...they simply cut off the excess skin...there is no tucking...i will have to tighten my stomach...if i could afford a tummy tuck i would take that route!!!!!!!! i know ur going to do great with ur band!!!!!!!!!

thank u so much for all ur compliments...i have no idea how many cc's are in my band...i've never been over filled...i just tell people the right amount...lol...as long as i feel full off a 1/2 cup of food for 4 to 5 hours i'm at the right restriction...i have had 6 fills...i've always felt satisfied off a 1/2 cup of food but not always for the length of time i want to feel full...if i start to get hungry before a 4 hour period from my last meal...i know its time for a fill...i've always ate out of those bowls...as soon as i was able to eat solids i measured all my portions and still do...good luck with ur surgery...feel free to ask me anything...anytime and exercise...exercise...exercise

i was 37 pounds down at my 6 week appointment. i started exercising IMMEDIATELY...my surgeon told me during my consultation...and at every appointment to walk...walk...walk...i listened...i listened...listened...lol...i wasnt able to walk much at 1st...but once i felt better i started walking a mile EVERYDAY and added a 1/2 mile to a mile once a month to my routine...i'm up to being able to walk 9 miles with ease...although i strictly work-out in the gym now...6-7 days a week for an hour and a 1/2 to 2 hours...

look at u!!!!!!!! i wouldn't have been able to do what u r doing!!!!!!!! i hope u r really impressed with urself...i know i'm impressed with u!!!!!!! u'll be at ur goal in no time with ur band...i'm still at 163...i think i've finally hit my plateau...i think my body is finished...i'm getting geared up for my tummy tuck now...that will definitely get me to goal...if not a little under...i was still hoping to get there without my tummy tuck...but hey i did 136 pounds in 10 months!! 10 days till i'm back on the table...

ur like me...go big or go home...a lot of people don't like that attitude...but we had surgery...its time to do the damn thing...and ur doing it!!!!!! maintenance is going...4 some reason i've gone back to losing again...i've started taking 2 days off at the gym and i notice i lose weight when i do that...when i go 7 days a week i maintain...so i don't get it...lol...as each month passes i'm starting to relax a little more...i don't want to be in a size 4...i want to stay a 6...so i'm going to wait it out till i hit my 18th month and either put on more muscle or some more weight in a healthy way...

i have a lot of excess skin on the lower part of my stomach...my plastic surgeon estimates it to b about 4 pounds...i dont take pix of that part of my stomach....lol...my arms are okay...my upper thighs r so-so...i need to go to the gym...i have some serious toning to do...all my exercise has been hard core cardio...cardio will take off inches and wait...but it won't tighten muscles like weight trainig...my face and neck went back without any excess skin at all...i was lucky...i'm happy with my back as well...the skin really bothered me at first...i lost my initial weight quick and i was very upset with what i was seeing when i looked in the mirror (the skin)...the excess skin looked like a pattern...u could c exactly where it needed to b cut off...i'm okay with it now....since then everything has gotten smaller...my favorite thing would b my waist line...i got a mean lil waist line...lol
