they measure out to be a 1/2 cup of food..i eat breakfast...lunch and dinner out of them. :-)

my question is...i was doing the rotating stairs on a level 12...since i had to cut some of my time at the gym i now do them at level 15...is it the time spent or the intensity of the work-out?
do u think cutting those 15 minutes out of my work-out will balance out if i exercise more intensely? thank u for ur time

hey kartman!!!!! congrats on ur success!!!!!!!! i have a question for u....my exercise routine consisted of 30 mins on the elyptical...55 mins on the rotating stairs and 30 mins on the treadmill...i have to cut my time short due to my son's homework...i can't do any weight training until my stitches are removed from my tt

there are a lot of success stories...most people that are on here r having problems and the ones that have succeeded are just living a normal day to day healthy life...not really needing any type of support...i'm on here to help any1 that needs it (including you)...its by far a walk in the park...but can be made a little simpler if u stay focused on the end result and not so much on the bumps in the road....

right now...i go to the gym monday...tuesday...and thursday...i do the elyptical for 30 minutes and the rotating stairs for 55 mins. on level 10...friday...saturday and sunday...i go for 2 hours...30 mins. on the elyptical...55 mins. on the stairs and 30 on the treadmill...speed walking/running...i take wednesday's off...i only started the gym 2 months ago...b4 the gym i was strictly power walking/jogging 6-7 days a week...7 miles...

i do have arm flabs....they aren't horrible and luckily the excess skin is staying on top and underneath my arm...u cant c my wings unless my arm is extended out...i havent lifted weights yet...i'm going to start working with a trainer after my stitches come out...they don't really bother me...my arms r pretty thin...my friend who had bypass surgery isnt exercising at all...her excess skin is literally falling...the excess skin from the top of her arm has fallen to where ur arms bend...the top of my thighs bother me more than my arms...i will go back under the knife janurary of 2010...oooooo joy...lol

i was banded on october 6th 2008...so almost a year...i met my goal in august..now i'm maintaining and toning up...i had a tummy tuck in mid-august and i can lift weight till after my stitches come out...hopefully they will b out oct. 19th....yes i started walking IMMEDIATELY...the day i left the hospital i couldn't walk fast or far but i did what i could.
