i started off with walking up the street!!! seriously...i couldn't even make it to 30 minutes...then i changed it up to 1/2 mile...and just kept adding to it...my mom bought me those shape - ups by skechers...they r ugly as i don't know what....lol...but will work ur ass!!!!!!!! the top of my thighs and calfs are getting quiet a work-out!!!!!!!!!!!!

hello...ur looking great!!i live in van nuys and work in north hollywood...my surgeon is in west hills...but i was banded at uc irvine...i cant go the support group in west hills bcuz i was banded at irvine...is ur support group open to every1 or only for patients ur dr. banded...i have never been to a support meeting b4 and would really like to go to 1....

i read ur reply to the thread "no fill ever"....i totally agree with u...i have no idea how many cc's r in my band...when people ask ...i say the "right amount"....lol...really what does it matter????? as long as u fell restiction i don't care how many cc's r in there...have a great weekend

i am 5'8 and 170.4 pounds in that pic...i want to get down down to 160...i am having a panniculectomy in july....what insurance covers instead of a tummy tuck...not as good as a tuck...i have 4-5 pounds of excess skin on the lower part of my stomach...i just dont take pic of that mess...lol

i would have to say exercise...walk with my band crimey...u'll start to drop...thats the only explinantion i have as to how i took it off so fast....or maybe its pure luck...i'm not exactly sure...just real happy about it....lol...of course i watch what i eat and my portions r small....but the exercise is a must!!!!!!!!!!!

from the belly button up my tummy looks okay...they are cutting from the belly button down and from hip to hip...my skin hangs real bad on the lower part of my stomach...and i have skin hanging over my hips...i will definetly post pictures!!!!!!!!

thank u 4 the compliment!!!!!!! i was banded on oct 6th 2008...as of 2-day im down 116 pounds...those r NOT typical results...i was expecting to lose a 100 in a year..but i follow the program to a t...exercise...and my body just took real well to this surgery.

its almost that time...my journey has almost come to an end...i'm at 163.4...hoping to get to at least 160 by august 17th...tummy tuck time!!!!!!!! i will post b4 and afters of my tt for everyone to c!!!! i'm a nervous wreck... this is the last stop on this mission!!!!!

Too b honest with u...i'm taking the lazy way out and having my mid-section cut off next month...after thats all said and done...i will be going to the gym...to build up my mid section

i would love to come meet all of u...with the holiday's coming...money is kind of funny....maybe i can take a trip up there aftr the holidays...we would have fun....4 sure!!!

i did suffer from hair loss...it is getting better...i take biotin and prenatal pills...

i did have a panniculectomy and a mini tummy tuck on august 17th...i had a lot of skin hanging from my lower stomach...my arms are okay...im going to have a thigh lift in janurary....i'm not a fan of plastic surgery at all...not looking 4-ward 2 it at all....:-(

17 pounds in 1 month is awesome....i dont want u to feel bad if i tell u how much i lost my 1st month...but i can tell i was way bigger than u in the begining and that has a lot to do with it...ur drive is going to get ur weight off...i can tell ur determined!!!!!!!

People ask me all the time...how did u get through the nausea...well aaaaa...uuuummmm...well.....let me clear my throat....lol!!!!!!!!
