  2. i have reached my goal...i am now maintaining...if i continue to lose i will put back on what i think needs to go back on...i will not stop exercising...i'm only a year out...so i may lose a little more..../thats the beauty of the band though...i can then put some weight back on if need be...in a healthy way without becoming obese again....:-)

  3. as soon as i was able to eat solids again...i ate out of those bowls...i'm a year out and still eating out of them...congrats on ur surgery!!!!!!!!!!

  7. i went from a size 28 to a size 6 in less then a year...my son and i recently went to the beach and he wanted me to climb through this very narrow hole in between some rocks...i honestly didnt think i was going to fit...i thought about getting stuck and people saying "look at that fat girl stuck in that hole"...i said to myself "even if u do get stuck no1 is going to say its bcuz ur too fat...u'll just b stuck...lol"...i went through and didn't get stuck...i'm always terrified about putting my weight back on...i'm trying to figure out what mind set i should have to keep the weight off....should i think that i'll never gain it back...or should i keep the fear that it can always come back....either way i know i'll ALWAYS continue to exercise...i would just like my mind to be at ease a lilttle...huuuummmmmm
  8. when u get in2 single digit sizes it varies...targets size 6's are getting too big...but a size 6 jean from wet seal or forever 21 won't go past my thighs...i don't even pay attention to sizes anymore...new york and company's sizes seem to b on point...my new problem is that i'm too tall for skirts and dresses at those lil junior stores...too fat..too tall...if its not 1 thing its the other...

    I just don't want to eat....

    i struggle eating at night...after i exercise i have no appetite at all...zero interest in food...usually people work up an appetite after a good work-out i'm the complete opposite...i always have something made...a cup of brisket or some egg salad...its crucial that u eat...u will not lose weight if ur body isnt getting enuff fuel.

  11. i think u look hoooootttttt at where ur at....but aaaaaa i'm not one to be able to stop going down and down and down...lol...i know 4 sure at 174 i was wearing an 8 in old navy jeans...small 10's still fit but at 174 i was more an 8 than a 10

  12. i was banded on 10/6/08...i weighted 296 pounds...i now weight between 158-160...i seem to b holding right there...thank u for ur compliments!!!!!

  18. they measure out to be a 1/2 cup of food..i eat breakfast...lunch and dinner out of them. :-)

    does it matter???????

    my work-out routine consist of 30 minutes on the elyptical...55 minutes on the rotating stairs and 20 minutes on the treadmill...my work-out routine has to be shortened during the week...due to my son's homework schedule...i was doing the rotating stairs on level 12 for 55 minutes and burning off 680 calories...i now do the stairs on level 15 for 40 minutes...i burn a little less but am i still getting the same work-out????? is it the time u spend exercising or the intensity???? basically i'm asking since i've kicked the level on the stairs up a notch...will that make up for the 15 minutes?

    i am soooooooooo scared and worried to put my weight back on...i'm freaked out about having to change anything about my exercise routine...but my son's education is a billion more times important then spending hours at the gym...u r probably right...i'm meeting with a personal trainer next saturday....there is a part of me that just wants to hear that im not going to put my weight back on....as long as i keep doing what i'm doing...it just seems 2 good 2 b true...

  22. i do have extra skin on the top part of my arm...i havent done any weight training...i'm getting my stitches out on 10/19.....i start working with a personal trainer on 10/24 to tone my upper thighs...upper arms and abdomen.

  23. my question is...i was doing the rotating stairs on a level 12...since i had to cut some of my time at the gym i now do them at level 15...is it the time spent or the intensity of the work-out?

    do u think cutting those 15 minutes out of my work-out will balance out if i exercise more intensely? thank u for ur time
