  1. I've definitely been in the 50's and it's very frightening.
  2. My health is not great. I have sustained nerve damage from prolonged uncontrolled diabetes. I'm allowed 2 protein bars 2 yogurts and 4oz protein & 1 cup vegetables. In still sick to my stomach and have had to cut down on my medicine significantly. Tomorrow I will take none. I have to drink 1/2 cup of apple juice tomorrow morning if my sugar is low. I'm not sure what 3.2 means? Maybe you have a different number system? Mine has been running under 100. It's very scary, because sometimes I go low.
  3. I have diabetes and I have quite a regimen of medications. I've felt terrible sick on my pre-op diet. I can only imagine how lovely I will feel on clear liquids only for 1 week.
  4. I just received an email of my friday co2 total result. Is down 4 points. 22-31 normal. My result 18. Will this be ok for tomorrow's surgery. Thanks!
  5. So, I'm scheduled tomorrow and they did blood work Friday. They just automatically sent me the results. My total co2 is down by 4 points. I'm wondering if this will be a problem?
  6. Weird. I'm not allowed to have shakes till day 7. I wonder if that includes clear protein? I forgot to ask.
  7. Marine. Are you allowed protein yet? I've heard by many people just my 8 months pre-op that injury chicken soup is by far the best out there. I also bought Lono life thai curry bone broth of this site and you can brew it in your keurig or they have a packet as well. Delicious and a bit spicy.
  8. That's what I'm doing. Wearing the same thing in and out. No bra on the way home.
  9. Roll Call for tomorrow for Feb 25th surgeries! Comment under my post so we can cheer each other on! Congrats!
  10. I have surgery and am not going to weigh till my 2 & 6 week post-op
  11. Yay! Congrats! I'm terrified, but here it comes.
  12. These are all normal feelings. Trust me I have these and more going through my head. I'm very worried about skin hanging and a hanging chin. But, I'm marching forward tomorrow. Best of luck on yours. I bet you will be happy with your outcome!
  13. They're a great source of protein, so you can't go wrong. I'm not sure why you crave them, but I like them a lot too!
  14. What do you think of yoga pants? It's all I have for stretchy pants. Thanks!
  15. I hope you are doing well!
  16. Sure I will! Sounds interesting. ?
  17. You guys, what should I wear to the hospital and home?
  18. I can have clear liquids the first week and the second I can start shakes.
  19. I have lost 14 pounds in 6 days. I'm barely able to function at this point. I'm worried how bad it will get with one week of no nutrition. Not allowed vit clear liquids after surgery. When is yours?
  20. So, I'm scheduled to arrive at the hospital at 8:30 am on Monday and I'm just now thinking of what I should wear to the hospital? What do I pack?
  21. I'm Monday too. I'm asking for the nerve calming drug asap! Good luck on your surgery!
