  8. I am sleeve to bypass, had the sleeve for 3 years, and gained wt.. I also had horribe reflux,, please de all the research you can before going forward.. I actually had the band first..now, 5 yrs later, wish I had done this the first time around,,would be interested to know why he is against RNY....good luck!
  9. There is pumpkin pie spice you can buy..has the nutmeg ,allspice, etc already mixed, just shake it in and use reg hard packed pumpkin, not pumpkin pie filling

  11. what is a ready meal..is it soft...i can eat more if it is like chili, i can eat a 14 oz chili and i could probably eat cereal an hr later because it is soft and liquidy...

  13. I usually look for a green salad with grilled chicken...I dont eat any seafood, so chicken or turkey with salad or veggies..try not to eat any carbs, but i have a weakness for sweet potato fries, minus the honey...lol
  14. You lost 44 lbs in 5 weeks? I haven't lost that much in 3 months, maybe your body is just thinking it is starving and holding onto water....good luck, i know the stalls suck!

  17. RNY!! I had the band and the sleeve, then ended up with RNY, the only regret I have is that i wasted time and had two surgeries before the RNY, just wish i would have done it right the first time!

  19. I also didn't feel anything with the first two glasses of wine, which I thought was bizarre cuz I really don't drink and get buzzed on a half glass....but then the third time I had a glass I couldnt feel my face lol

  21. I am 11 wks out and i have no problems with anything unfortunately, and no dumping that i know of....havent indulged in high sugar content yet...
  22. I drank a glass of wine at wk 8...had 2 more glasses since without any problems.
