  1. So I am just stuck between the same couple of pounds. I keep yo-yo-ing back and forth. I am no where near my goal weight. Not even half way there yet. Anyone have any advice? I am debating doing a liquid diet to jump start things. Any other ideas to get my weight loss going again? I will be having another fill next week, so hopefully that will get me started too.

  2. Oh girl! It's just because I'm off of work! Once school starts up next week I won't have as much time. Hoping to continue when school starts.

    Question for you all. Are you guys eating more then 1200 calories? When I start eating I go hard core. I don't eat much and then I am starving. This is why I question how the band is working. I don't think I am eating enough actually. Any advice?


  3. BG love the pic! So what is the 5 day pouch test again? I missed that somewhere. Maybe I should try it.

    Sharon I started today! So far so good. And I worked out for an hour going 6 miles on my bike and 2 miles on the treadmill. Hope to continue! I was up 2 lbs. on Wednesday, but forgot to get on the scale this morning. So my ticker is off too. I'll try to check it out tomorrow!

    Can I tell you a frustration though? My in order to get to overweight on my bmi instead of obese I have to be 190lbs. Ugh! That seems like a long ways away.

    I had another fill tonight. She just gave me a 1/4 cc since I'm getting up there. Now at 8.75cc in a 10cc band. Hoping to reach that sweet spot soon! I have another fill before Christmas so I hope this fill will help me get through Thanksgiving without gaining. I had lost 9 lbs. in 6 weeks so I was quite happy. Just gotta get that starving feeling to go away three hours after lunch.< /p>


  5. Angie, I am scheduled for a fill on Tuesday :drool: It's been six weeks this time since my last fill and I'm ready for it.

    Today I reached the 50lb mark! I have been waiting for this for about 3 weeks. This no sweet thing is doing it :thumbup: I also have been trying to hit the Water hard.

    Bg, I can do an hour after eating to drink. Is it 30 or 60 minutes before the meal on drinking?


  6. Well then I'm not at my spot then! I eat breakfast at 6:45 on my way to work and I'm hungry by 10. Then I eat lunch at 11:30 and I'm starving by 3. This is not normal right? I've been getting at least 90+ g of Protein every day. And this week without eating the sweets I am just beyond myself. I never drink with meals and wait at least 30 minutes before and after. My Water has been low because of this, but this week I am really trying to zone in on getting my 64oz.

    I guess I feel like a weirdo since I need so much restriction in my band. It just doesn't feel like this is what people tend to have happen.
