Hi, you asked how i lost 40 pounds, I upped my protein and fiber intake. Has been pretty easy for me because I love tuna wraps. My wife including preop has lost about 50 pounds total. she has went from a 22-24 to a size 16. Her weght loss is at a stand still for now but she looks and feels great. She tells me it's an amazing feeling to be full without eating the kitchen. Everyone is different, just hang in there your day will come. I believe I probabally would gain in Iraq because of the stress level.Keep us posted on your progress.

Thanks....I wasn't sure if I was boring anyone with my journal. I'm glad you like it. As you can see I take time with adding color and animation to it.

When you get banded in April is your health insurance paying for it or u selfpay? Also do u know what size band u getting. My is a 14cc band. Stay in touch!:wink:
