  1. It will be one year in April since I had the surgery and it's been a weird learning experience. To go from eating whatever to eating what? I have 7cc's in a 10cc band and have lost 50 lbs. In some ways it's been the easiest 50 lbs. I've ever lost and the hardest. What's a die hard foodie supposed to do? I am looking for some suggestions for recipes that taste good, go down well and don't require a lot of protein augmentation if possible. Can anyone out there help me?
