a fill tomorrow but scared today

I don't know what to say except get your butt in gear and talk to your doctor about your fears. I agree with indoc. You decided to have the lap band and it is up to you to follow up and take care of yourself.

Yes. I like working out with Gilad while he is on television

    on a downward spiral

Don't give up. Try to bring yourself and your family closer by calling and talking to them about what is going on. Don't be afraid to walk alone. Sometimes alone time is great for thinking and planning what to do with your life. Find a Lap Band support group locally and see if they get together for talks and outings. I know you can find the strength and many friends to help you through this time.

    Chromium picolinate

Great job Kelliebelly:thumbup: I also had the junk food habit a long time ago but discovered that fruits and vegetables helped me break that bad habit. Keep up the great ways of losing the weight.

    Chromium Picolinate???

:huh2:Sure. Everyone has their cravings. Don't be distracted bye his food and ask your family to please don't bring it into the house. Chromium is just a short fix for sweets, but self control does do wonders.
  10. How are you?

I hope you are doing well and I want you to know that you are not alone.

    Keep up the great work.

    My confusion

:scared:I know it's difficult to stick to the right foods(fruits, vegetables, fish and excteras)but remember how exspensive this surgery was and why you had it done to improve your health. Get out and exercise when you feel like you want to eat. Keep busy and distracted. It really does help.

    Confession...

:bored:I USED TO HAVE A PROBLEM WITH WANTING JUNK FOOD BUT I STOPPED IT BY GETTING OUT OF THE HOUSE AND WALKING...STAYING BUSY. I LOAD UP ON THE VEGGIES AND FRUIT TO STOP THE CRAVINGS. I AM ALMOST AT MY GOAL:smile:

Turned into a Junk Food Junkie

Yeah...Me too. My doctor told me it was normal due to being a female with out of control hormones. I did happen to loose 4 extra lbs the week after Xmas. Had my surgery on Sept. 15, 2007 and have lost a total of 65 lbs. Near my target weight of 127. I love hearing everyones personal stories...I now know I am not alone.
