Wow, you look so good, you have to be so proud of yourself! Tell, me did you work on your arms, they look pretty good after that amt of weight loss. I have 77 lbs to loose, and my arms are so big, always have been. What do you recommend to not have too much loose skin there?? I started the journey this past month the 21st.
