I'm doing fine..... went to dr on 4/28 to get a fill and found out that I have an enlarge pouch and had to get almost all my fill remove. I will have to wait six weeks before another fill but I happy my band was fine.

Glad to hear you doing fine. I have lost only 50 pounds but its been hard for me. I exercise 3 times a week for 60 to 90 min. but the last two weeks its been cold in Houston so I have been in the house on the couch. My co-worker has given me a treadmill so I will start using it next week. My surgeon thinks I'm not ready for another fill I'm at 3.35 cc bc the xray showing the band is still tight but now I'm struggling on what to eat bc I'm getting hungry frequently or its just in my mind lol. Please take care and keep me posted.

Just checking to see how are you doing? I see you are still losing weight you go girl!!!

I do vomit sometime that's why I haven't gone to get another fill. My dr had to remove .25 cc from band 2 1/2 months ago and it was a bad experience for me. I know its time for me another fill because Im eating a little bit more. My next fill on Dec 8 can't wait hope it's better this time. If you feel it's too much, please contact your dr and have them remove some more fluids because a lot a vomitting is not good for your band. Take care and keep me posted.

I'm at 4 cc, yes I can eat meat sometime like fish and chicken with salsa.

Thanks for your tips. I just got an unfill because I couldn't eat or drink anything and now I'm back to normal. My goal this 6 weeks is to lose 12 pounds so I need to stay focus and bust my butt at the gym. Take care!

What are you eating daily and how many calories are in intaking? I'm trying to find out what I'm doing wrong. Because my weight is moving very slow!
