I'm happy you are feeling better....I was diagnosis with diverticulitis 12 yrs ago and had a bad case of it where I had to have surgery.. May sure you follow your dr orders and please stay away from any nuts. Take care -

I'm in for another challenge hope I meet my goal this time. I will visit dr on 27th hope I can get a complete fill so I can stay full. My goal is 15lbs again.

My loss for this week is -0. I had a family reunion this weekend and a retirement party to attend my food choice wasn't good.:thumbup: Next week I will exercise more and eat right.:smile2: -
Down more than 100lbs will not get on the scale until June 10th which will mark 1yr for me. Met my goal early working on toning now.

No weight loss this week...I hope I can get a fill on Wed every time I visit the dr he seems to think I'm too tight.... I haven't had a fill since August and I no its time. -
