  7. Hello everyone! I had surgery 1-9-09 and have lost 70 lbs. Now I am at a standstill. I have recently started doing the biggest loser workout, but am curious as to what is the best thing to do to get the weight coming off again and toning. I have had 2 c-sections and have the saggy pouch at my incision is there any way to tighten this up? I was wondering since the muscle had been cut if it was now impossible to tighten that up. Also, my back fat....what in the world can I do for that? It isnt extremly bad, but it does drive me nuts. Just wanted to say that I am so happy I made the decision to have this done. I started out at 230 and in a size 24 pants and now I am 160 and in a 11 or 12 jean! Please any advice would be greatly appreciated! Renee
  8. Thank you both soo much! It makes since to me now.....lol Wish me luck tomorrow, I am hoping I feel some restriction!
  9. Ok I go in tomorrow for my second fill. Of course I have no restriction yet which I think is pretty normal. My question is what happens if you have a 10cc band and you end up getting it filled to the max and it still doesent restrict you? I know its probably rare but I was just thinking about it. Does that happen? Can it happen? Thanks! Renee
  10. Donna, I go to the doctor today. I was just curious of everyone else. I will go by what my doc says, but was just wondering. Thanks!
  11. Thanks spud mama for replying to me! I thought I would get some great ideas from others who have had this done already but I guess Ill try and search for some menus. Thanks again!
  12. Hello everyone! I was banded on 1/9/09 and got to the doctor tomorrow. Im pretty sure he will put me on a regular diet then. My question is can you guys show me a rough draft of what your daily food intake looks like? I mean like "write" down what all you have to eat in day. I know you dont eat the same thing everyday, but just a sample. Like Breakfast, lunch, dinner and anything in between. Thanks so much! Renee:smile:
  13. Hello everyone my name is Renee and I am having my surgery tomorrow. My question is after surgery I will move on to "full liquid" diet...what are some things that you ate during this period? Then I will move to the "mushy stage" what are some things you had during this time? I just need some ideas and I am starving now:cry_smile:! Someone please let me know that there is light at the end of the tunnel. What can I look forward to having in the next few weeks? Clear broth is killing me:frown:. Thanks for any input! Good luck to everyone on their journeys, Ive been reading, just not posting. Renee January 9th, 09 surgery day
