Hi Shonia, Nice to hear from you. I am doing good. I went for my "2nd fill" last Thursday and the doctor didn't give me the fill. I feel like I have some (a little bit) restriction. I have had a couple of bouts with food getting stuck, so we are waiting until next month or sooner, if I choose to have one before appointment. I have done better this past weekend/week. I have to learn to eat slowly and chew thoroughly! But, I am so glad I decided to have lap-band surgery. It is a wonderful tool and I think of it as my permanent "monitor"! I have been consistently losing pounds in small amounts (approx. 2-3 lbs per week). I feel so much better these days. I have to close for now, but talk with you later...take care!
