Hi there...oh...what a journey it has been. There were many times that I felt frustrated and just wanted to give up but even before I had my surgery I made up my mind that enough was enough...it really is a mind game...once you make up your mind that you're gonna make it work...you will do it. If you have a bad or off day, pick yourself up and start over...nobody is perfect and slipping up every once in a while is human.
