aww thanks mama...ur gorgeous as hell too girl!!! lol but even though ur not loosing like u want im glad ur aint havin any complications..thats my main concern for me after i get banded...especially since i have never been under the knife at all...oh and also are u working out like we're supposed to????!!!!! now when u first got the band did u not want to eat and then once u healed u began to be hungry again and have the ability to eat stuff that isnt good??? cuz if thats the case then i know im gonna need some restriction asap!

hey girl...u and i are about the same size....i might have a few more rolls than ya..but anyways i would like to keep in touch with u during this process and after!! have u already got a surgery date or what?? i wont get to submit for my insurance approval until the end of april...

good luck to u on the weight loss!! let me know how ur recovery after surgery goes....im still not banded yet so i need all the advice!

no mam i havent got approval yet i wont be able to submit that until after my last doc visit and nutritional on 4/27 so hopefully if i do get approved ill be having surgery in may....i pray because im soo getting ready and psyched about this surgery i finally got my man to accept it and realize that this is the reality..at first he didnt want me doing it but he know how much my being overweight affects my attitude and happiness... i wish u the best of luck girl...ur such a pretty woman already!

hey girl...congrats on getting your band....now....im assuming that since u lost 150lbs on your own...u pretty much have the knowledge on how to loose the weight steady.....what are some of the workouts/exercises that you will incorporate with the band that was a success for you when u did on your own......i would really appreciate your input...thanks!

hey girl whats up...me and you are the same weight...im 5'6....im in the dfw area...im also in process of doing insurance thing..but have 2 more months before i know if im approved yet...would like to stay in touch and support eachother during this journey!!! angela

yes mam...the per my case manager doing my insurance for lap band solutions....she sd that i couldnt go below a 40bmi...even during the 90 day prep. I can still eat healthier foods...and do light exercises maybe 1-2x's a week to atleast maintain the current weight...
