Tina, you are funny about the "loud lady". Nicole, glad you are feeling better. How is your port? How is Audrey? Tina you mentioned that you thought Liz might have had LB. I wonder why she would keep it a secret considering the fact that she is motivating people to lose weight. I wish someone will ask her how she knows that the port hurts?? LOL. Well, I just spoke to Beverly and she said I should go to my local Kaiser and weigh and after weighing-in call her to schedule the CM appointment. So the 4/7 appointment has been cancelled. Whew! I really didn't want to go there just to weigh in and do labs. Thanks for the alert!! :-). I weighed in at 308 this morning so I need to make sure that I will makegoal in the next couple of days. Any tips?? lol

Kelly said I will be meeting with Beverly and getting blood work done.

Hi All, Checking in to see how everyone is doing Riley you seem to be doing great! Nicole and Christine you guys are excited I can tell :-). Well I've struggled but finally doing well I have 7lbs left before case manager appointment and hope to reach there in a couple of weeks. Christine you were right once u start losing it gets easier.

Welcome Diane! Don't feel bummed, this goup os great we work hard at keeping each other motivated. I keep yo-yo ing too but have done well for the past few days. Keep it up and it willpay off. imagine Riley is banded , Nicole and Christine are soon to be banded, that alone is motivation enough for me. Hang in there!

You guys are all doing great. Riley glad you are feeling better. Nicole I'm so excited for you and Christin. OMG I told my husband how good my group is doing. He 's so cute he encouraged me to keep up with the weight loss. LOL Riley I do stay away from the food chanels. My office recently moved to Madison area and wow there are so many restaurants there and they are like magnets. The god news is I haven't lost much but havene't gained either. Jeff thanks for reporting back, I was wondering what happened to you. congratulations on ur weightloss.

Hi Riley, I'm glad you are doing better. Wow what a close call. I'm sure you wouldn't have lost your band :-). Did they give any reason why it became infected? Like Nicole said that is one of my biggest fears. But I won't trade LB for GB lol. Feel better and hope all is well.

Hi all. It's good to see you guys posting all the positive messages. I am truly blessed to have you all. everytime I think I'm back pedaling, I come bak and get a "pick me upper" from here. Nicole you are doing great ignore the negative families those are the "haters". People don't realize that weightloss is not about will power alone. It goes beyond that and sometimes we need something as drastic as this to help us lose and maintain. We are indeed going to look hot!!! Sheena it's good to see that you are almost there! You go girl! I am happy for all of us! Let's keep up the good work.
