Tamra, Riley is right if it is the goal weight that you need to change I doubt if that will happen by getting another Dr. However if you it is a gut feeling then by all means change. I'm not sure whether you will have to meet the new doc or you meet him/her at your next visit which will be your final pre-op visit. You can lose 30+lbs in no time I did it in less than 2 months.

Riley, thanks for the critique and boy the pastries taste so good. My friend makes them from scratch, however I will put the breaks on them. Today no snacking for me. My scale was generous to me today I lost 1.5lbs even with the pastries :tongue2:. I will add fruits and veggies, I am still in stage IV, I can't have a whole lot of fruits. Robin did increase my protein intake to 1/2 cup instead of 1/4c last week after I begged Dr.Park for a fill. She obviously did not budge, in a way it's good because i am being held accountable and having to learn to live with the band. I hope you get to feel your band restriction soon, the good thing is that the berries you ate are not an overkill as my pastries:laugh:. Way to go Tina, 5 lbs is good considering you were pondering forever. You go! I'm trying to lose 10lbs before my next visit with Dr.Park in three weeks. Nicole, Reugla is a form of pastry with jelly and nuts as filling, they are so good! Don't try them. You can bring the Nut tree products when we meet at my place. Do you ladies want to do a Friday or Saturday afternoon? Next weekend I'm free, so please let me know.

We can try and get together next week if you'd like. Remember I was supposed to treat you ladies at my place anyway:-)? Tamra, you can chose Dr.Park I adore her. She was my surgeon and I am very happy with her though I'm in bandster hell and she won't budge with a flll for me until next three weeks aarrhhh!!! Speaking of bandster hell I had one hell of fiasco past couple of days here's my meal for the day: Breakfast- 2 boiled eggs Snack - Bran cereal 1/2 cup Lunch- 1/2 cup chicken 1 slice pepperack cheese 10 mini multiseed crackers Snack- 7miniature organic cheese crackers from trader joe's L Dinner- 1/2 cup chicken 3 cubes of small stewed beef Here's the dinger.... 5 pieces of ruegla pastries That was my meal for the day. My goal tomorrow is to omit all the snacks and no ruegela. Hi Riley, Thanks for your support I know I need to post more even if the sh...hits the fan lol,I posted my meal. please feel free all to critique.

Hi Donna, I've been around, I've been in and out of bandster hell. My scale hasn't moved in weeks and finally I got a call back from Robin to increase my protein from 1/4 c to 1/2c oohh as if I can't down 1 cup. Well the good thing is I am holding myself accountable for my behavior and hope to hang on until next four weeks for my fist fill. Thanks for looking out for me Donna, I really appreciate it. Hello to all the ladies, hope all of you are doing well.

Tamra, you don't need to pay just contact your PC physician's office and let them know that you need to weigh for pre-op. I only went in twice to weigh. I'm glad things are rolling for you! Keep it up you can do it!

Jes- Yes girl I did throw down and it was good ( all I needed was some bbq pork ribs and I would have been set LMAO)!!! However I think my binge is over after yesterday. I can't afford to stretch my pouch or gain anymore weight. I actually feel like I have retained water and got to get it out of my system. Dr. Park is not budging I sent her an email and she asked that I call Robin AAHHHHHH! Nicole and Tina you guys are so right about me being due for a fill. I a 9 weeks post op and my next appointment s not till August 27th. Tina- I wonder why the cookie goes down so well. My body has not rejected any food yet, that could be bad news lol. I have to laugh or else I will cry. Riley, thanks for the compliment! I have to hold on!

Thanks Dr.Larios!!! LOL, really I needed that reality check, but can you explain how I can eat 1 whole Noah's Bagel with cream cheese and five 2.5inches chocolate chip anmd walnut cookies and I medium McDonald's sugar free in one sitting???? I hope my pouch hasn't strectched to oblivion:ohmy:. I do need to stop the self sabotage. I woke up 4 pounds heavier this morning and continued the binge. The truth is that I was not a binger pre-op, it was the quality of food that i had problems with. I will be writing to Dr. Park, this cannot be good!!!
