    Thanks for the pic comments. I am 5'7" tall.

    My advice would be to definitely start watching what you eat. Snacking is not so bad if you are snacking on the right things. Absolutely snack on fruits and raw veggies. Stay away from bread, rice and pasta. You don't have to beat yourself up for not exercising. Even if you can manage 10 to 15 minutes a day and gradually work your way up that is doing something.   10. :thumbup: Way to go kcmagu!!! yesterday: B: yogurt and granola L: a pear and some pirates booty (thanks for the tip on that kcmagu i love it!) D: a whole bunch of cheese and some fruit (at a lapband meeting) workout: none...back still hurting...still struggling to get back in there.

  16. Thanks a bunch! I know exactly how you feel. I go through the same thing sometimes. You definitely have to exercise and you must watch what you eat. That's basically what I'm doing. Try to get in as much cardio as possible. Stay away from fried foods, bread, rice, sugar...that's my best advice. What exactly are you doing? Do you feel restriction? I am up to 7.3 cc's and I think I need more.

YESTERDAY: b:slim fast low carb, an orange l: slim fast high protein, cherries s: 3 ritz low fat w/pb and honey drizzle d: 1 meatball, spoonful of rice, cup of green beans s: woke up in the middle of the night STARVING...should have had a glass of skim milk but i ate a handfull of BBQ potato chips :-( no workout....AGAIN....bad, bad me.
