Thanks for the pic comments. I am 5'7" tall.
My advice would be to definitely start watching what you eat. Snacking is not so bad if you are snacking on the right things. Absolutely snack on fruits and raw veggies. Stay away from bread, rice and pasta. You don't have to beat yourself up for not exercising. Even if you can manage 10 to 15 minutes a day and gradually work your way up that is doing something. Thanks a bunch! I know exactly how you feel. I go through the same thing sometimes. You definitely have to exercise and you must watch what you eat. That's basically what I'm doing. Try to get in as much cardio as possible. Stay away from fried foods, bread, rice, sugar...that's my best advice. What exactly are you doing? Do you feel restriction? I am up to 7.3 cc's and I think I need more.
