  1. I am only 1.5 weeks post op, but I am having a pain in my left shoulder as well. I thought all of the gas was gone and then all of a sudden it was back in my shoulder. They told me to try and move my shoulders as much as possible (do the funky chicken). I did have my gallbladder removed the same time I had the Banding but not sure that would make a difference.
  2. I was banded 12-01-08. I have very little soreness where my port is. I think it is mostly just my body healing from the incision rather than the actual port. Does your incisions look good? I really don't know the time frame for healing but you may want to watch it.

I was recently Banded on 12/01/08. So far I have lost 12 lbs and counting. I am so excited for this new journey. I am already thinking head to next summer and what I will look like. I go for my 1st fill 1/9/09 and I am looking forward to it. So far I have been really hungry to where liquids were not cutting. I was released today by the Nutritionist to begin eating solids (except veggies and fruits). I am so excited.
