  1. Happy Birthday deenie01!

  2. Happy 35th Birthday deenie01!

  3. Thank you guys so much for the great advice. I am getting my 3rd fill today and will have a talk with them. I am ready to get back on track and get this dang weight off.
  4. No but I need to because I don't know anyone here that needs to lose weight or has even had the lapband so I could use some support.

  5. Hey I am local to Vegas too. Sorry to hear that your having a hard time. Have you been going to support group meetings at all ?

  6. and I don't know what to do. My husband just left for Afghanistan and I had some problems with depression prior to him leaving that I was in a place where the food was not fit for my diet and since being home I have been slacking and I am convinced that my lapband surgery was a failure or more like I failed it and I don't know where to begin now. I will have my 3rd fill next week and I still haven't noticed a differnce in how much I eat. I get full but I am hungry again soon after and when I tell them this they don't seem really bothered by it and just tell me to weight out my food still which I do, I just want to eat more. I feel like it is to late to start again because my stomach is probably a lot larger than it was after the surgery and I feel horrible because I really screwed this up. Does anyone have some advice on how to start again or what I should do. Please no rude comments I feel bad as it is, I just need someone who has been in the same situation or just wants to help someone succeed. Thanks and I hope to hear from some of you soon. Take care.
  7. I'm sure I'm not the only one who feels this way or has posted this same question but what the heck. I weigh my food, I barley eat when I do eat and I eat healthy plus I exercise and I was banded early December and have lost only 10lbs. That just seems really low to me especially with me working out. Now when I say work out I mean just 30 min. of cardio a few days a week. Please anyone out there who has been in this situation and could help shed some light on my oh so dark cloud pleeeeeeeeeeez I would be really grateful. Have a great week!

    Dumb Question

:smile2:This may be a dumb question but how do I get the little weight tracker ticker thing at the bottom of my posts. I looked everywhere, at least I thought I did, as to where I would enter when I was banded and how much I've lost and all that but I can't find anything. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thnx!

    Shoulder pain

:confused_smile:I was banded yesterday and everything went great except for this darn shoulder/arm pain. I feel like my shoulder has been dislocated. I have never had a disclocation before but it is hard to move up and down and in a circular motion and the pain is just getting worse. I have a feeling it is from when they strapped my arms down before going under but not really sure what to get some feedback. Anyone else experience this ?
