Thanks everyone for your comments,feedback.Its a big struggle,something that i hope to take control of.Right now i feel as though it controls me.I love this site,and the support! So glad i have people to talk to who know what im dealing with.

I was recently overfilled...it was a horrible experience..i couldnt eat anything...i had horrible heartburn..it was pure torture..So my Dr ended up taking alot of my fluid out, did an xray to make sure the band was ok..and wont refill me for a few weeks.. HELP!!! Im hungry..i want to eat everything!! I hate this feeling..i really feel like im getting off track.:w00t:

OK so i would really like some feed back on work out tips from everyone..I go to the gym atleast 4 out of 7 days..I do alot on the bike and treadmill..but i need help when its comes to toning these arms,thighs...and big help with this stomache...any tips would be most appreciated...thanks everyone!!:frown:
