I was reading your message and was wondering how are you doing now? How much have you lost? Don't get discouraged, it is slow for me too.

Hi gentylwind, couldn't help but notice that you had surgery the same day I did and had to add you to my contacts. Wow you are doing great, I'm not so well yet - I've lost 10 lbs. but I haven't been strict with myself I have to admit. I had my first adjustment and my total fill is 4.5 cc but I still need more, my band fits 10 cc. How do you feel, do you feel satisfied, full when you eat are you keeping a diet regimen?

Keep up the good work, I'm impressed and will be watching your progress, so I can do better!
