I am 45 years old, married for 24 years, 3 boys and 1 girl, 2 granddaughters. I have struggled with my weight for over 25 years. My goal is to lose 145 lbs. it's Ok to lose it slowly but progressively!
I love to watch movies, spend time with my granddaughters, the beach, and I'm sure I'll adopt new hobbies once I start losing this weight!
