HiPaul I really would not worry about tit unless its unbearable, the port can take months to heal and as bobo says sometimes you may slightly move it, but it heals, try not to worry to much, i still from time to time feel a little pain near port and i am 14 months out. g

Hi all JUst thot i would post this as being vert tight restricted for some time now and the constant battle with what the hell am i going to eat today, i managed to eat out on saturday at wagamama, the japanese place i think and they do a yatsui curry which is breaded sweet potato, aubergine and butternut squash with sticky rice and a nice curry sauce, well for a change i was able to eat 50% of the portion and my god it felt so satisfying to be able to eat something that seemed wholesome. Incase anyone is on the same boat as me then give it a go, good to be able to eat food again hahahaha. g

Hi JO NO your not there yet, it is a good habit to attain to stop as soon as you feel it sticking as when you are properly restricted then by god you will know about it and if you feel it sticking and are still chewing then you have went to far. Its amazing how you adapt to not eating much dont get me wrong some days i am hungry and just cant eat others you have to force yourself to eat or you do feel weak. When restrcited if tight you will be lucky to be able to eat chicken or any meat, i have found frozen chicken from asda either raw or the cooked stuff 400g bad when cooked is very very tender and can slip easier, so defo one to try as I had just normal chicken breast yesterday and just could not get it down. I tend to live of rice and sauce with a little chicken, and surprisingly you done get bored. Gx

Shoes I would not worry to hastily, at my last fill i could eat bread and meat however all i got in was 0.5 and that made a huge difference, so getting 1 ml out is a lot and i think i had that removed i could eat too, but i understand what you mena by feeling hungry again as when ur tight u just dont. Get a wee 0.5 put in and see. gx

hi mags yes throat seems to have settled, i went to docs and got an antibiotic as i hope it was an infection and not my band as i was reluctant to have any defil especially when i have good controlable restriction. I hope to be at my first target by summer and hope when i get there that i dont want to loose more, i need to get the weight out my head and focus on inches as the training i am now doing is putting on muscle but my shape has changed imensely. How r you doing. gx

hi shoes yeh am good, got a fill 4 weeks ago and was meg tight, i tend to find that i have to just stick with it for 3-4 weeks allbeit i am eating nothing, but then it relaxes enought for me to eat a little. The thing i really notice now is that i just dont feel hungry and have to force myself to eat, especially for the ammount of training that i do, i was getting really tired t night last week but that coz i was lucky if i was eating a tin of soup and a couple of spoons of rice, not too good, but relaxed a bit now, so it 2 tins of soup and 3 spoons of rice now, oh and the mandatory daily intake of chocolte ot cake. My weight is now at 8.5 lost so really pleased, i am only 6 pound off the magic 20 stone mark, my target is 17.5 as with my build i dont think i will get down any more or infact want to, my waist has went from a 58 to a 42 whereas my chest was 58 and has only dropped to 52, but i guess my training has a lot to do with that. gx gx

hi all its nice to read all u newbies re moving along nicely on your path. I have question for experienced guys with tight restriction, has nyone had a really sore throat, it may just be coincidence but its been sore roughly the same time as my last fill, i am eating very little and having to supplement a little as i am a bit drained at night due to lack of food, i mean 2-3 spoonfulls and its game over, even std tin of Soup takes 30 mins to eat, but my throat is really sore. anyone had this. gxx

I would have to say being at sweetspot is great but i now understand what dr chris said about it helping with your hunger, i could never get my head round this but i am sitting with a mug of tomato soup, thats all just a std tin, i am half way through it and having to force myself to eat it as i really am not hungry at all.
