How r u? I am feeling so much better. I get my staples out tomorrow!!!!! YAY! I can't wait. I wish i could get a fill already but I think I have to wait 4 weeks post surgery. I have lost 15 lbs as of this morning!!! I haven't weighed this much in yrs!!!! Have u moved to soft foods yet? I was so scared to eat certain things but now I feel like I can eat anything as long as it's chewed really well!!! K.I.T.

Yeah... I've been out for 5 days now and it's still a bit surreal! I have lost 8 1/2 lbs!!! Just make sure u stock up on the things u'll need for a few days following surgery- just in case ur like me and suffer from the horrible gas pains... Good Luck keep me posted!!!

As the days go by the swelling starts to go down and your stomach will return to normal! Well normal with a few scars...

I'm ok... still have mild gas pains. The only issue surgery related is that my left shoulder hurts. It doesn't really hurt as much as it is annoying. Still very happy I did it!!!

wow 3- 4 oz that seems like a lot right out of surgery! I was told to drink 30 cc every 2 hrs for 1- 2 days , then 30- 60 cc every 2 hrs for 2-4 then for 4days to 4 weeks I would be introducing foods back slowly. I can't wait for my first fill cuz I can already feel my tolerance level is going up and I find myself hungry throughout the day.

Hey How did your surgery go? I hope you are getting rest and healing fast. Bit of advice if u get gas pains WALK!!! It really helps. As far as the liquid diet - Yeah I don't think I could've done it for 14 days without the band. Even now I catch myself wanting to eat things I know I can't. I still have gas pains and I'm a bit disappointed that I hurt my leg right before surgery so I haven't been able to work out! I had my surgery 5 days ago and I am very pleased to have lost 9 lbs already!!! I can't wait till I can work out again... Please let me know how u are doing!!!

I'm still very sore but I am very excited! 2 days out and i have lost 7 lbs... I know the weight loss probably won't continue like this but it feels good to have lost something!!! are u pre or post op?

I didn't have to do a pre op liquid diet but I kinda wish i had. I'm finding it difficult to understand how little we are supposed to put in our stomachs. Right now I just started drinking 60cc of shake because frankly i feel like i'm starving! I'll keep u posted and please let me know how surgery goes!!!

Hi every1... well I'm two days out and must say I'm finding this to be quite interesting! I have been in quite a bit of pain- seems it's mostly just gas pain! Hope it stops soon!!!
