  1. To anyone in Sydney who has got the band I suggest you contact me!! There is a fantastic trainer who has helped a couple of my friends who have had the surgery lose weight and motivate them. One friend has lost 30kgs and has toned up a lot since being trained by him and the other friend has lost 21kgs.
     
    The only reason why I even considered trying him out was after I saw the awesome results my friends got. The best thing is he can relate to us because he himself had the surgery and has lost a massive 84kgs. I find that not only has he been great in helping me tone and get fit but he's great on the emotional and motivational side because he's been there done that.
     
    I would seriously recommend anyone in Sydney to at least give him a try. Contact me if you would like his details. The band is good to help you cut down ur appetite but exercise makes the most difference.
