I AM restricted!!! The nurse practitioner said I wouldn't be and that any restriction I felt would be from the inflamation, but 7 days later, I still have restriction! It's going away, but has been great, so far!

I actually live in East Atlanta, between EAV and Grant Park. I work out at the Snap Fitness in Glenwood.

Girl...its okay. Tomorrow is a new day. Just take one day at a time. I was banded on 11-20. This hasn't been a good week for me either, but I'm learning and thats all we can do. I pray that I don't gain any weight before my 1st fill ...all the way til Jan. 7th. Stay strong...we are here for you!!!!!

I went through that as well, but its something new. Be strong. Just look forward to your fill. That will really help. I have a protein shake when I am feeling hungry. Have you tried that?

Hey there!!! My fill is going to be on the 28th. What time was your surgery at on the 20th? I was the 3pm.

About 15 but it has stopped now that i'm eating more. As long as i'm not gaining , i'm ok

I will try the tea tree oil.. I am still miserable and when i shower it really starts to itch worse! I have lost some restriction but i know that until i get a fill my restriction may not be so much. I have lost 11. I was hoping i would have lost more. How about you?

Hey I my surgery was Nov 20th with Dr. Hart as well. How's it going. Due to the holidays I can't get a fill until Jan 7th . I have no restrictions so I am going to stay strong.
