Going in for my upper GI in the morning, kinda nervous about what it will show....throw some prayers my way.

Kim is an ass, barb told me kim had an opening on mon. and i told her i didn't want to see her and wanted to see barb. I just can't stand her anymore...:smile2:

Well Val, although I am sorry this is happening to you too, I am glad that I am not the only one. They act like I am an anomoly up there. Barb is going to think I am nuts last week I call and tell her I need a fill and freaking out cause I can eat anything, and now I cant get liquids down..tomorrow I might eat a sub! WTF........:smile2:

I was wondering what happened to you renee, good luck with the Hoff and let us know when your surgery is...

this is quite wierd, I have very good restriction now and for the last couple days..I hope there is nothing wrong with my band, like maybe it is slipping back and forth. one day i can eat anything and the next not much?

Rain, will they keep deflating you or does it depend on how you feel or weight gain or what...10 lbs isn't bad, seeing i gained 3or 4 in a week.lol...and I am not pregnant. Yeah well as far as the upper GI, dr H. said its hard to tell about exact restriction with the test, so she said if I wasn't too restricted she might give me a smidge, so we will see. Wow Rain you really were restricted with 6 cc, I cant tolerate 5.5. oh well we are all different...how are you feeling otherwise, keep us posted.:biggrin:

Barb called, said to come in Mon. for upper GI at 10:00. Posner and Haufman are on vacation. they have a new doc, cant remember his name.

Just checking in to see how you and bugs made out today..i put a call into barb this morn. but havent heard back. Melissa tried to give me an appt for the 13th but i said i cant wait that long im up 3 lbs since last wed now... val, i hope you feel better soon.. this is so discouraging...too tight too loose...

Oh Rain, I don't have an excuse, and I am eating for you and me. I just ate so much my port feels like its going to explode. I am calling barb tomorrow cause he Hoffman opened the flood gates and I am gaining rapidly. what time is your appt.

Jenn, I am sorry to hear you are sad.. you always seem to be so upbeat and energetic. I too am depressed this time of year with the short days and lack of daylight. I am eating like a wild animal. I am eating everything and anything that doesn't eat me first... Huh? oh well, u know what i mean. No more heartburn, but my pouch is limitless and so I am having a very difficult time staying on track. Jenn, the snow is heading your way, so stay warm and cuddle with your kids....:biggrin:

ate way too much the last couple days, even ate a half box of chocolates today uuuuggggghhhh!!! the scale says i'm up 3 lbs and that was before the half box of chocolate.....

Congrats Twins, enjoy the first year, the pounds seen to melt away....the air BigGurl is talking about can take anywhere from a few days to a couple week to leave the body. walking around may also help you expel the gas....

I guess therre is no exact science with the band and no rhyme or reason either lol....oh well, just have to go with the "flow" ha ha laughed at my own joke...

Well, I don't know whats going on now, I got the unfill and was fine and last nite i got the heartburn again and was drinking mylanta. The only thing I ate last nite was a piece of string cheese and it has been floating around in there ever since. Does anyone else ever feel some thing moving around in there esophogus? like little finger nails flicking the inside of it? its a wierd feeling, any how, maybe it will subside if i do liquids today, if i can...i always feel hungry lately. Well, off to the store, Everyone have a Merry Christmas and like rain said, don't eat too much (Yeah right) lol...

LMAO, Rain, well this is what happens when we care more about losing weight than how we feel, until we go alitlle too far and the band is so tight nothing moves and the dreaded heartburn begins...He took out quite a bit I can eat just about anything and as much as I like. that is scary too... I don't think my body is made to be under 200 lbs anymore...I am scared now that the weight will start piling on again, Jen I thought you just got a fill..? P.S. 202.3 this a.m. but ate about 2 dozen cookies last nite so i am sure they will catch up with me, and there are still more out there in the kitchen waiting and calling for me...HELP

By the way, did I tell everyone what happened to me and my Car? I tried to start it on Friday and nothing, the radio came on the dash lit up bells went off, but when I turned the key, Nothing! soooo I call the dealer and they tell me they can tow it, but not till monday, sooooo they come and get it yesterday morn and allllll day I waited and they couldn't find anything wrong..they put it on the lift and took things apart and then after 14 hrs, they find it....A huge and i'm talking massive nest under my motor cover and all my wiring is chewed.. the little monsters, still don't know what they were, they said either chipmunks or mice, and sooooo $500.00 and a tow later....Merry Chrima! and Bah humbug!!! WTF!!!

ok everyone listen up, I was running my mouth off last nite about how I was gonna manage my own heartburn and watch what I eat and was down to 200.3, well, I was up all nite with the worst heartburn ever!!! and I went running up to Hoffman's today with my tail between my legs and told him to take out the .25 he put in a week ago, well, he did and more but wont tell me he said he took a "smidge", and I seen him squirt some out of the siringe, and Barb wanted me deflated with a upper GI today. WHAT!!! well, that didn't happen, but I do have to go in 6 weeks and have an upper GI before i go up and see Hoff. I also was up to 202 this a.m. sooooo, I hope I don't have to finish another bottle of mylanta tonight,....I also am going to be scoped EGD study in the spring.... sooooo, like val says, WTF!!!! bah humbug and merry chrima!!!!

How is everyone doing with the holiday eating, I am eating everything in sight but am regurgitating alot because I am making a pig out of myself. I really have to get back on the program, but now that i had a taste of all the goodies, it is sooooo hard.....

Yea NBflo, I too get Heart burn, mostly at night, I am probably too tight again, but I am going to watch what i eat and see if I can manage it.. down to 200.3 this a.m. see if I can manage to get to onederland by next year.lol:blushing:

Val, I soooo agree with you on the Jerk part cause i also seen her before hoffman the other day and she has the personality of a door...I never cared for her to begin with, she pi**ed me off from the get go, and then she went to work with Posner, and now she is back with Hoff too. She is the one who said she lost the weight the hard way, anyway, she argued with me the other day too, when I told her I thought I may need a fill and she said "Well, that is up to the doctor" and I was like WTF!!! your an a** hole, in my head of course, I wonder why Barb is not seeing us anymore?:biggrin: So I says to her "so I see you kept your weight off" and she say "Yep", and that was it and I thought ##%&**$:sad: P.S. did you get your fill?
