  3. How are you? I haven't been on here in a while. I have finally started back working out and trying to get back on track. How's things with you?

  4. Happy holidays...i have to get back on it with losing weight.

  5. No I haven't started back working out. However I am still doing my two 15 minute power walks at work on my breaks. But I don't consider that working out. Everytime I say I am going to go home and work out....I end up on facebook playing cafe world. lol

  6. I weighed this morning and I gain 4 lbs. That's not bad. The last time I weighed was the first week of Nov.

  7. Eating protein helps get the craving out your system? I always crave sweets and I love bread. I can still eat bread as long as I eat it slow.

  8. Hey, how is it going? Just wanted to touch base with you. I haven't talk with you for a while. Well as for me. I haven't worked out in a month. I really need to get back on track and start working out today or tomorrow. I haven't weighed myself in a month. I am scared to weigh now. ....I don't think I did too much damaged. If I don't forget I will get on my wii and weigh tomorrow mornining. I know I haven't lost anymore weight, just hoping I haven't gain. Have you lost anymore?

  12. Thanks for commenting on my blog. I feel just like u. If i compare myself to others I feel as though i am failing because in a year they lost double of what i lost. But if I just focus on myself then I think I have done good.

     

    When u was telling me about your band, I was a little confuse. How many cc's total can your band fit? I was thinking 4 cc's but wasn't sure.

  14. A lot of people tell that also...they can't eat bread, pastries, etc. I notice I'm different from others. With other people first or second fill, they get full went. Well I am at about 9 cc's in a 14 cc band and i think i may have almost hit my sweet spot. lol

  15. Just checking in to c how u r? The last time we talk u went two days without throwing up. I hope today makes 3. I finally lost another lb which brings me to 53.7 lbs. I weigh 175.3. If I can stay off that computer and work on my situps I will do better. lol.

  16. O I forgot u ask me about my diet. I eat anything just get full quicker and eat smaller portions. Sometimes I will do really good and eat bake stuff. I lost 53 lbs and was banded Oct. 29, 2008 on my birthday. Keep me posted on your success.

I thought about posted stuff on u tube, (not my weightloss progress) but i didn't know what to post. Now that you gave me the weight loss idea....that is a good idea. I'll think about it. I just love your name DIAMOND IN THE ROUGH :)

  20. I loved the shoe department. They always have nice shoes....on face book don't mention lapband okay....u can mention wait lost and everything else. Just not LAP BAND!!

  22. Nothing much....just been on my new laptop wayyyy tooo much. I am still walking twice a day and now i am trying to work my way up to 500 situps a day. My sister n law let me borrow her machince. I did 70 the first day, 100 yesterday. My goal is 150 today. I stay on facebook, and yahoo messenger. Do u chat online?
