i moved here about a year ago, its ok..not too bad :0) I have 2 jobs and go to school full time so i stay pretty busy here. so how are things going?

I lost 100lbs..before the surgery I had lost 30, so actually I lost 70 in the last 8 months :0) I worked out atleast 30 mins a day and I don’t eat any bready, rice, pasta, or potatos at all. I stick to 30 carbs a day :0)
