I just had my lap band surgery on 10-30-08, and today was my 2 week post op check. I have lost 23 lbs!!! So I am off to a good start, but I have not had any "real" food yet. My Dr has said I can start eating some deli meats, cheese, tuna, eggs - It is slow going but so far so good. I basically wanted to go ahead and sign up and say hello - I am open to any helpful hints or words of advice
