Bariatric journey Multiple procedures Since 2012 Considering options

  1. Hello All, Firstly I'd like to thank Lissa for sticking with me and providing me additional information to help resolve this issue! The code has been updated - but most users are going to need to make a small change on their end. You're likely using IE8 or IE9 with these issues. You'll need to click the "broken page icon" which is representative of Internet Explorers "Compatibility Mode". Once that's done, the odds are that you'll be viewing the site as it should be! Let me know if you have any issues. Thanks, Ken

  3. For those of you who are still having this issue - I've updated the code, but you also have to make a very simple change on your end. If you're using IE9, or possibly even IE8 - you may have this issue. There is a little "broken page" icon in the top of your browser window to the right of your Address Bar. Please click this icon and it will remove you from compatibility mode and refresh the page. You should now be able to view the site properly. Thanks, Ken
  4. Hello, To confirm, you're having this problem with your Android Phone or with your iPod Touch?
  5. Hello, You did not have your settings set to automatically adjust for Daylight Savings Time. I have updated your settings. Please let me know if you're still having trouble. Thanks, Ken
  6. Hello, Dr. Ortiz is indeed within our search directory, however - his last name was listed different. You should now be able to locate him as Dr. Ariel Ortiz :-) You can view his profile here.
  7. Hello, If anyone is still having issues with this - please feel free to send me a screenshot either via Private Messaging, or by attaching the screenshot to this topic. 9. Hello, Can you please let me know if it still shows 8 pages worth of content if you LOG OUT and then LOG IN again? Thanks, Ken
  10. I'm proud to say the issue is now resolved!
  11. Hello, I do not see a screen shot attached here. If you click mark all as read at the bottom of the forum - and then immediately go to the View New Content, does it still shows all the content, or is it blank at that time?
  12. Hi there, Are you able to edit your post now? I'm still working on the Story not showing up :-)
  13. Hi there! Thanks for letting us know. I'm having this looked into right away.
  14. Hello, Are you still having issues with this?
  15. Hello, As you know, Dooter was correct That is also the only way to do it. Well, there is one other way, it's not much easier, however. After pressing the quote button, you can just COPY what you want from the post, and then delete everything between the quotes, and then paste what you copied back in-between them. Thanks, Ken
  16. Hello, You should see a total of 21 Emoticons - those are all of the emoticons that we have available at this time. Thanks, Ken
  17. Hey there, I can not seem to replicate this..are you attempting to mark the forums as read on each device you've tested (2 PC's, Android Tablet)? And no matter what - it doesn't work? I'm going to do some additional testing - but as much information you can provide as possible would likely help out! Thanks!
  18. Hello - I was actually working on trouble shooting this with someone - and they never responded. I'm going to send you a Private Message, hopefully you'll be able to assist us in resolving this issue. Rest assured, we do want to resolve any and all issues we're notified of! :-)
  19. Hello, I've turned off your e-mail notifications here: http://www.verticalsleevetalk.com/index.php?app=core&module=usercp&tab=core&area=notifications If you're still receiving the e-mails after this, please feel free to message me with a copy of the e-mail so I can investigate further.
  20. Hello, you can friend them - that is the first step, yes. You can also check your Notifications settings, which is in the User Menu -> My Settings, then click the "Notifications" area on the left hand side. You will see options for following friends - and you can select to be notified by e-mail when they post, etc. Let me know if you have any more questions :-)
  21. Hello, this took me a minute to figure out You turned on the Ignore Signatures setting, which...to be honest, I did not know existed In User-Menu -> My settings -> Ignore Preferences, you can change the setting. I've unset it for you, however.
  22. Hey there, Can you please take a screen shot of what you see when this is happening? To take screenshot, you can follow the directions here: http://www.wikihow.c...crosoft-Windows Also, do you know what browser you're using (and which version of that browser) and what size your monitor is? Thanks!
  23. Hello, then I suggest downloading Firefox or Chrome. They won't have any prerequisites.
  24. Click the "Upgrade Today" button on the big orange notification
  25. Aha. Okay - first things first, you should upgrade Internet Explorer. Odds are, once that is done, you won't have this issue
