  2. @@reree6898 Can you please send me a screenshot of what's happening?
  3. @@HanSolo1977 I've sent you a private message. I've done some investigating and have not found anything out of the norm with your account. There are some questions for you in the PM that may help us solve this. Thanks!

    App notifications?

@@becomingmandikaye Hi there! Are you running the latest version of the BariatricPal app? If viewing the Notifications tab (if available) and the Messages tab doesn't clear the notifications you may want to try deleting and reinstalling the app to see if that resolves the issue.

    Final test?

I pressed return only once then twice three times..
  6. When you click "Open" for the app, does it start by showing a full-screen BariatricPal splash image? Or does it not even get that far? If you could grab your phones IP Address for me (http://www.whatismyip.com from your phones browser) and private message it to me, that would be great and will assist me in either resolving or narrowing down the issue. Thanks again!
  7. @@Keralian Hi again! I've made some adjustments that I believe have resolved this. Next time you update your ticker, please do let us know if it updates immediately for you or not, if you don't mind. Thank you!
  8. @@Keralian Is your ticker still showing an old version? If so, what updates should be showing that are not? Thanks!
  9. @@dashofsunshine Hi there! Thanks for reporting the issue you were experiencing with notifications. I have resolved this issue and you should now be able to view the notifications as you normally would. If you have any additional issues please don't hesitate to let us know. Thanks again!
  10. @@Roalmc77 I've confirmed that the BariatricPal App for Android is currently functioning and online. Are you able to access the website from a browser on the same Android device that's giving you an error with the app?
  11. @@Roalmc77 the app should be functioning normally at this time, and is working on my iOS devices fine. I'm charging up an Android device to test within the next few minutes as well. Do other online apps currently work on your android device?

    VIP Member Check In

Hi All! If you're still getting ads on the mobile app after signing up for VIP, please log out of the app and then log back in. You should not be seeing ANY ads on the mobile app once doing this.
  18. If you're referring to the site literally refreshing out of the blue, with a little notice at the top of the screen - then this is iPad and iPhone specific. I've got 2 questions to help us make sure we're all talking about the same issue. 1) Does the site refresh out of the blue, with a little notice at the top of the page saying there was a problem with the page? 2) What version of iOS are you using and what browser are you using? Thanks!

    Website Difficulties?

Thanks for the update! Happy to hear that the issue is resolved!

    Website Difficulties?

Hey Everyone! The issue that the majority of you are reporting can be attributed to an iOS 8.x bug. While it appears to be intermittent for some and constant for others, we believe it to be the same bug. I believe the bug affects most browsers on iOS 8.x and not just Safari. Those of you using iPad's and iPhone's that are exhibiting the issue ("A problem occurred with this webpage so it was reloaded") may want to try upgrading to iOS 8.3 which was just released on Wednesday. If you don't mind, please do update all of us as to whether or not you are still experiencing the issue, or if it appears to be resolved or improved. One of our users who was experiencing this issue every couple of minutes has already upgraded to iOS 8.3 and has not had the issue since upgrading. Thanks everyone!
