  11. Hi there, I think you must have changed your editing mode to plain-text. Please press this icon at the top-left of the editor window, it looks like a light-switch - and I've attached a picture of it next to the eraser icon.. It should re-enable all of your functionality. Please let me know either way! Thanks Ken
  12. Notifications will be manageable in a future version of the application. In the mean time, you can visit VerticalSleeveTalk.com from any web browser and you're able to manage your notification settings there. You'll be able to disable e-mail notifications, or set daily notifications, etc. Thanks, Ken
  13. Hey there, Our current application doesn't support the viewing of PDF files. I'm not making any promises here, but we'll see what we can do about adding PDF and other file support to our applications in the future! Thanks!

    Ipad App

    Hi there, I've used the iPad App on both the iPad1 and the "new" iPad, but am unable to reproduce the issue of freezing. This is the first time I've heard of the application all out freezing, so I'm not sure where to begin. When you say you have to reload the application, are you saying that you delete it, and install it all over again? If so, the next time you have it lock up on you, can you try something else? Here is what I'd like you to do next time: 1) Click your home button, to go back to your normal iPad Home Screen 2) Now that you're back home and see all of your applications, "double-click" (quickly) the Home button. 3) You'll notice a row of icons appear at the bottom of the screen, the first of which is likely to be the VST iPad Application 4) Touch and Hold the icon until it starts to wiggle, and a Red exit icon appears. 5) Press the Red icon. Now you can press the home button to exit back to the normal home screen and attempt to relaunch VST. Does it work at this point? With regards to additional features that don't yet exist on the application, we're working diligently on bringing new features to the applications. Thanks, Ken

    Hello, The blog comments issue will be resolved within the next week. With regards to the links to forums/blogs causing an error, can you let me know the error? Also, where are the links that you're clicking? I've made a few changes, but I'm not sure if these were the problems you were experiencing or not, so perhaps they are resolved? Please let me know.     Can you do me a favor: 1) Misspell a word, such as donkay 2) Highlight the word, and right click on it. 3) Hover over "Languages" in the menu that appears 4) Select "English / United States" Please let me know the results.
