  1. I was banded 11/03/09 and have lost 46 pounds. Which I am very happy about. I have only had 2 fills and "I think" I am at 4cc in a 10cc band. I am also very concerned about the way I can eat fast and a lot more food than I should be able to. I have heard of esophaegeal stacking in another thread and it's not a good thing. I will definetely look more into it myself because it's hard for me to understand why I can still eat the way I do and nothing hurts or bothers. I just cant understand it. When I tried telling my doctor about my eating habits in February he said that it's ok because I am still loosing 6-8 pounds a month. I had to beg for a small fill because I had lost 8 pounds and he felt I had enough restriction BUT BELIEVE ME I CAN EAT. ????
  2. I have exactly the same issue. I have 4cc in a 10cc band and I have no restriction. I can still have large portions of food at a time (3 meatballs, rice, beans and a tortilla) I love my mexican food. Its a bit disappointing that I can still eat all that. I am loosing weight (surgery on 11/03/08; lost 40 pounds) so I am not sure about "fills" and "restriction". This whole experience is not what they make it out to be when you go to the pre-surgery seminars. I have yet to get full on 1 or 2 ounces of food.
  3. Do you count your calories? How much exercise do you do? Can you tell me what has been the hardest thing for you to deal with and how you have overcome it?
