Liquid phase-Metamucil vs Benefiber

Has anyone taken Benefiber during the liquid stage to help with hunger? If so, did it make your stomach very bloated? What are you guys doing during the liquid phase to satisfy your hunger? I guess this is the second craving I need help with , see previous post, LOL. Thanks for the help! -
I was banded on 10/20. And I forgot to ask the doctor when I would be able to have relations (yes sexual ) with my sweetie. We are both hot twitching with anticipation and I dont know how long she can stand being without me. Help@ Signed Desperately seeking a solution
