Thanks for the advice. I have not been doing any formal exercise at all, and know I need to do that. Any suggestions regarding carbs? Seems like I added carbs after surgery and stopped losing weight. I'm almost 3 weeks post surgery, I've got no restrictions, seems like I can eat about 2+ cups of anything without a problem. I haven't tried any raw veggies yet, or nuts or cheese. -
I was banded October 7th, now two weeks postop.

Hi, I got banded on October 7th at TLC Edge. I've been reading different topics on the site & thought I should go ahead and sign up. It's been two weeks, not having any problems but not losing any weight. What's up with that?
