Yes, my dr. is supportive, they required an OK from him because of my age. The surgeon, Dr. Almanza, is quite experienced with the sleeve even though he's been only at it for over 2 years for that center. Does about 4 a week, and has at least 400 under his belt they told us when we were there. I am feeling great, just have to not eat quite so fast with things that taste so good like the lentil soup I made today!
