    Hello Michellelei,

    I am sorry for not answering you back. I have not been purposely ignoring you. The web sight was updated and I am still tyring to find my way around. I am not computer freindly! I wish you a lot of luck on your journey. I am not only a high BMI, I am a slow loser. I can only blame myself for that tho. I need to excersise on a regular basis instead of sporadically.
