I am feeling better, I am at work today ... I am not getting on the scale until February 6th because I dont want to obcess and stress my self out.

Good for you, I havent gotten on the scale yet, probaly will not until February 6th. I try to get on every 2 wks so I dont start getting obsessed...lol ... I dont want to get upset and all you know?

Hey Patti, my surgery was Friday 1-23-09, I just got home all is well. Some pain bt I got meds, everything is cool ... I am officially a loser now .. Yay!

I know huh, we havent chatted for a bit .. all is well, I havent gained but I havent lost anymore ... I am on OH more than this one now, I get more help on that one so I have been tapering off here, sometimes I post questions and responses are sooooooo slow or none at all. How are you?

The drinks are fine actually, they help with hunger and they taste fine. I am way tired of liquids though, I think this is worse than the surgery itself. lol

Hey Wendy! You are doing great! Congrats on your loss. I am so not creative on this liquid thing and I have cheated 3 times too! I dhave felt the difference and I do not like that feeling so the liquid is effective. We definitely need to stay in touch, nust admit I am getting nervous.

I am glad you are cool, you are looking at it the best way! As of yesterday I lost another 3lbs so I am at 18.6lbs lost ... I am going to change my tracker to a count down tracker. Honestly, I am getting a little nervous though.

Patty, I am so sorry about the reschedule. Those kind of screw ups can really be frustrating, are you ok? I am sure you were upset, but like you said at least you wil have more time to lose weight. Normally I would say let's go eat away our sorrows, bu it's no longer acceptable for us, however I will pray for you.

Yes, it is less than 2 weeks, it's more like 8 days! OMG! I am excited and scared but excited more . The liquid is easier now, it will be nice to get to someting else later tough. How is everyting for you?

Yeah, your sister is very close ... I have Kaiser also but I am using my my isurance (instead of my husbands) because it was faster. However I do want to see if Kaiser will take over my fills later on maybe after a year or so ... well see, yes definitely have to encourage each other so lets stay in touch!

Hi Wendy, I officially started Friday 1/9, but because there was some issues about my date I really started on 1/2/09. The liquid diet is the horrible and not for humans, but we can do it, we will live, at least that what i keep telling myself .. be encouraged you can do this.

Thank you, I am soo excited ... 19 days OMG! Can you believe it is really happening, I am just so happy right now, I really need to see me again ... I am definitely vigilant about not cheating on the liquid now becase I know it's not in vain. It actually helped me starting early because it will make the next 2wks much easier for me. Date is January 23rd! OMG!

Thanks for the encouragement! Found out yesterday that they had forgot yet another doc, so I am supposed to hear a yes or no by end of business today from my case manager. So I will definitely no be having anything 1-9-09, but maybe later in the month. Now that also means that I have to try at this liquid mess again (but w/o cheating haha). I will let you know ...
