I have decided to to the Susan Komen 3 day walk in San Diego, CA for cncer it is in November, that is how my excercise is focused so I have a goal. Hey Sharon! This who journey is such a trip to me, I only weigh in every 2 weeks because I can easily get obsessed about the scale! With my fill, I am restricted, I think I could use a tiny bit more saline though, but I am good. I have been pretty good, my band has been good to me and is keeping me in line ... hope everyone is well!

Yeah, you definitely are at the right point, it is all about me getting healthy too, and I havent to many at all, just very close folks 3 only and my immediate fam ... I didnt want to defend anything.

Yeah, I stayed home extra days because I didnt want to be walking too slow around drawing attention. As for the tightness you have, maybe some are more swollen than others giving u more restriction? Just a guess. still feeling great may go to work tomorrow or thursday.

I think that feeling is fullness, when I felt it the first time I started to consume less and then I didnt feel it anymore ...
