Welcome to lapband talk.. I wanted to respond to your post...I just got my band a month ago..I'll be honest its not easy. You have to learn how to do everything all over again..walk...eat..sleep & be ready to change your life. Ithink its an awsome tool to use to get rid of this awful weight that I'm carrying. Im sure it will do good for you too. I keep remiding my self of what could have been of me if I didnt do something about my weight. I'm happy because its only been a month and i'm already seening results. Just think of all the things that being over weight has kept you from & get ready to start doing them..Im ready.. I wish you blessings on your decision ...:thumbup:
