  2. I never realized how MANY AND OFTEN there are commercials on TV for food. It really sucks when (durning pre and post op) you can't have anything for liquids!!! I need to see a Swansons Commercial for some new sort of broth or how bout some Hooters Girls selling me some Protein powder!
  3. Banded 10/17... felt awesome for the first 4 days or so Wendesday....Gas hit me big time and it's been awful for the past 3 days. Walking didn't realy help me all that much...Nor did Gas X strips.
  4. World Health Organization reccomends everyone have 5600 units of Vitamin D per week. Basically...you can get the majority of this by spending a half hour in the sunshine each day.....otherwise, plenty of supplements out there that aren't even RX. Vitamin D is responsible for helping your body absorb Calcium.
  5. Hey ya'll... First post...been on the liquid diet now for 5 days. I can't stand the taste of Slim Fast/Atkins/Any of the Vanilla/Choc/Straw/ shake mixes. They taste like you're drinking cake batter... Started using New whey 42g Bullets. They taste fine to me. Problem is....All of these things are Killing my stomach. I've never had any protein/milk allergy or anything like that. Is this just something I should get used to becasue I'm only getting liquids? Should I take some Immodium?
