    14 months after surgery......I am down 105 pounds. Below my goal of 160 by 15 pounds! So amazingly happy with my results!! The first 6 months were total hell, but I made it!

    What am I doing wrong? I just started soft foods and it's not going well. I take a few bites, chewed very well and spaced well and it feels like it's stuck in my chest!

      I could literally only eat about a teaspoon of food when I first started. That feeling you're getting is that your pouch is full. (at least that's what I figured) Everything in there is still swollen and tender, so be careful to not over eat.
