    hay everyone just wanted to let you know,well first of all i just found the site today,and i really like it!:thumbup: i go for my bootcamp tomorrow and i am getting banded on monday! have anyone had Dr.Samir Patel (new Jersey) ooh and by the way can anyone tell me how do i get a weigh tracker on my page with my info i think thats cool! i made one and i copied it but i don't know where to paste it.
