nice to hear from someone who was banded the same day 1/08/09 ive lost 16lbs as of last week. i see the doc on 2/04 n cant wait to see if i lost any more! how is it going for u?

i know how u feel, having to cook for the family is hard cause u cant eat it like ur used too!:drool: i sometimes find myself about to taste it. but then i remember i cant....lol :cursing:but it seems to get easier.i notice that im getting more hungery too. like at first i really could not eat but 1/4 of a cup now i can do 1/2 a cup. i cant wait for a fill! :Banane35:best of luck.:seeya:

hi! how r the soft foods going for u? i find it hard to chew n chew cause then it feels like slime in my mouth. r u having that issue? sorry for it to sound so nasty:ack2: but, it really turns me off on some foods........lol i guess that is a good thing.:thumbsup: have u had any issues with things getting stuck? i have not. it is just so hard to find different ways of making the samething over n over again. well keep in touch. and congrats on ur weight loss.:waytogo: i see the doc on feb.4 bye.

my diet has changed to soft foods. i get scared to try new things. so far i tried ground turkey w/ refried beans. it seems all i eat is fish boiled in v8 juice w/ lemon. what stage r u on? how has all been with u? n congrats on ur weight loss. i have lost 15 so far. best of luck!

Hi, i had my surgery on jan.8,2009 just a day after u. Congrats on ur weight loss. I go to the doctors today. I hope i lost that much too! Keep in touch.

hi, hope ur getting better! I had mine done on 1/08/09. So i know how u must feel. When i came home the cold weather liked to take my breath away. So i had to invest in an electric blanket n a heating pad, it helps with the gas. Best of luck to u keep in touch.
